Would you fly United Airlines

Or, would you ever fly an airline that is willing to assault you and drag you out of your paid seat in handcuffs?

The attack that occurred against a passenger reminds me of animal control in an over crowded processing facility.

I will avoid putting myself in a situation like this, I'll drive.

This seems not to be an isolated occurrence.

IRVINE (CBSLA) — United Airlines’ public image troubles keep piling on as another passenger Tuesday complained that he was mistreated on a flight from Hawaii to Los Angeles International Airport.

It’s simply amazing how so many people think they have rights that they clearly DO NOT; if they would just READ THE FUCKING TICKET! This dumbass was wrong and should have been mature (A doctor? Really!?) enough to realize that, and civilized enough to NOT make it the ordeal it turned into. That doesn’t even cover the fact that he had already agreed to the compensation for giving up the seat. Simply changing your mind after the fact doesn’t change the airline’s right to do what they have to, need to, or want to, as stated in the contract of carriage that EVERYONE on the flight has agreed to by purchasing their tickets. Illiterate fuckers refuse to do their due diligence and read their tickets and then expect to be coddled using the ‘ignorance’ defense. I would have had the stupid fuck arrested AND detained, as interfering with a flight is a federal crime. They remove drunks and ass-sore losers whining about politics, they should remove stupid-as-fuck dumbasses too, by any means necessary.

I cannot condone the assault however I feel that there is MUCH more to this story than what we have been given. Certainly if the man did nothing then he has legal recourse through civil/criminal litigation. If however, he was disruptive, disobedient or used threatening body language or communication than the airline may be justified in using force to prevent him from harming the other passengers. The picture is misleading because it only shows the after-math of the altercation but, it does not show the events leading up to the altercation.

You might like to watch the video.

I watched the video however, it was ONE perspective, ONE view, ONE video and ONE set of information. As I said before, there is MUCH more information to this story.

Guess you need to go back to grade school. What I said was “there is MUCH more information to this story”. What part of that did you not understand?

Well if you know there is more information, do tell.

Okay, I guess you are completely stupid and cannot even understand basic information. I did NOT say nor claim that I had ALL of the information, I said that I DIDN’T have all of the information. Since you apparently have all of the information why not share ALL of the information rather than passing judgement based on one source? I’m certainly glad that you don’t work for law enforcement since you ignore evidence and just believe whatever you are told…

I watched it also, what I saw was a ~69yo bleeding and unconscious man, the results of the cops, being dragged down an isle by more than one. Excessive force was used, there was no report that the man was violent.

You watched and saw what they wanted you to see. I will again say that it was one perspective, one view and one video. It was one piece of evidence not all the evidence. Was the man guilty or innocent? I cannot say because I wasn’t there and don’t have all the evidence to judge one way or the other. What I know is that the Liberals want to claim that no law enforcement act is “justified” because they want criminals to vote for them so lawlessness is what they support.

No I would not. I’ll drive too. Most airlines suck now anyways.
